Farming Simulator 22 sows new series record with 1.5 million copies sold – TrueAchievements


It’s only been a week since Farming Simulator 22 launched and it’s already set a new launch sales record for the series, with 1.5 million copies sold — a great start for Giants Software’s first stab at self-publishing.
Farming Simulator’s impressive sales record is an extremely positive first step into self-publishing for Giants Software (thanks, One of the biggest changes that Farming Simulator 22 has brought to the series is the inclusion of cross-platform multiplayer, which allows PC and console players to meet up in-game. It’s a big step for the series and shows that Giants Software is making huge strides in the right direction, and looking at the initial sales numbers — over 1.5 million in its first week — that progress seems to be paying off.
